The 2009 YMCA Polar Plunge will be awarding prizes to kids and adults with the best costumes and for those who raise the most pledge money for the event. There will also be raffle prizes, and raffle tickets can be purchased either in advance at the YMCA or at the plunge. The 12th annual OBX Polar Plunge is this Saturday on March 14th at the KDH Ramada Inn. The plunge is at 1pm, but remember to get there early for registration at 12 noon if you plan to participate in the plunge. People of all ages are welcome to come and join in the fun, so bring along friends and family. See you there!
